" I have experienced extremely negative dentist & orthodontist introductions the entire time I was growing up. My dentist and orthodontist were actually the same person- so I was loathed having braces and also disliked going to the dentist for the first 30 years of my life. The doctor liked to drill my fillings so large on my adult teeth that I barely had any of my real tooth left. Now if I bite the wrong thing it cracks my already brittle tooth containing the large silver fillings.
I actually started going to Dr. Holleman after I brought my boys in to see her a few times. I loved the way she made them feel at ease & handled them with extreme care-so I felt like I could handle some positive dental attention as such.
